Free Online Exercise Classes For Seniors
Here at Miranda Physio Steps we are dedicated to providing a helping hand to those people who have issues with their mobility and require rehabilitation. One particular treatment that we have created is our new online exercise classes for those people with reduced mobility.
Due to the current situation in the UK with Covid-19, we are currently running our exercise classes online for free. These are 45-minute classes for the less abled, that includes chair exercises which can be carried out easily at home. The classes are streamed live via our YouTube Channel every Friday from 12.15 pm until 1.00 pm.
